Today 13 ,June ,2021 the Bishop of Shyira The Rt .Rev .Dr Mugisha M Samuel consecrated and officially opened a new church in Gasebeya Archdeaconry, St Stephen’s Parish Butandi, Less than 50 meters from the Uganda Border next to Rwancereri parish Kigezi Diocese , Church of Uganda. He preached from Roman 12:1-12 , He emphasized that we must sacrifice something if we are going to be true servants of the Lord. The new church was built in partnership with @ICM.org and replaced the old church which was built in 1947 as one of the churches of the East African Revival movement.
